Microban International to Exhibit at Tecna Expo 2022

Tecna is an international marketplace that brings together key players at the forefront of surface innovation. Originally focused on ceramics, Tecna has now expanded to cover multiple surface applications.

Taking place from 27-30 September at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy, Tecna is set to attract over 34,000 visitors from more than 100 countries worldwide. Microban is thrilled to be exhibiting in Hall B7 at Booth 194, where it will be showcasing an exciting new range of green technologies for products and surfaces.

Antimicrobial Technologies for Surfaces

Ceramics
Ceramic surfaces are often subjected to moist and humid conditions. This makes them prone to the growth of harmful microbes such as bacteria, mold, and mildew. Patented Microban technologies will actively control microbial growth on ceramic surfaces and work to extend the effectiveness of regular cleaning routines by reducing the background bioburden.

The properties of glass mean it is commonly used in the manufacture of high-touch products. As such, glass can present the perfect breeding ground for damaging microbial growth. Microban offers a range of technologies that can be applied to glass to deliver durable surface protection against bacteria, mold, and mildew.
