Microban to deliver technical presentation on antimicrobial solutions for automotive foams

The spring PFA meeting will also feature a series of sessions delivered by industry technical experts, including Dr. Mai Ha, Senior Product Development Engineer at Microban. Addressing concerns surrounding sustainability, durability and quality of foams, Dr. Ha will explore ways automotive foams can be manufactured to resist microbial growth caused by regular contaminants. As rideshare and public transportation systems become more prominent, added cleanliness features continue to grow in importance to many consumers, with 80% citing concern about stains and odors inside vehicles.
