Kwikset Launches National Ad Campaign Featuring Microban® Protection On Door Hardware

Since 2017, Kwikset and Microban have partnered together to offer powerful antimicrobial product protection on select Kwikset door hardware products.

First announced at IBS 2016, Kwikset is the first residential lock manufacturer to offer door hardware with Microban antimicrobial product protection. The industry-first innovation is available on select Kwikset products and finishes to help inhibit the growth of bacteria on frequently touched door hardware surfaces in the home. After a successful launch and high interest shown with consumers, Kwikset announced its expanded partnership with Microban International in early 2020.

Continuing on the great momentum of our expanded partnership along with heightened global concern around the presence of harmful bacteria on product surfaces, Kwikset has launched a new video campaign along with supporting social media ads to create awareness and provide education about their highly differentiated line of residential door hardware with the added benefit of antimicrobial protection.
