2. How did you come to work here?
After over a decade in retail, managing and selling to national accounts, I was ready for a new challenge with a company that had a strong culture and purpose. This role checked all the right boxes and offered me a genuine opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.
3. What do you do at Microban?
I'm a Director of Business Development, where I build strategic relationships with customers and prospects. My focus is on driving growth by acquiring new partners and expanding existing accounts through collaborative, value-driven solutions.
4. What's your favorite aspect of the job?
Building strong relationships - whether it's with clients, partners, or colleagues - is hands down the best part.


5. What's your go-to lunch spot in your local city?
The West Side Market (Historic indoor market in Cleveland known for its eclectic mix of local vendors selling produce, meat and baked goods.)
6. What’s a podcast, book, or article you’ve enjoyed recently, and why would you recommend it?
Podcast titled 'Acquired.' It dives deep into the strategy and stories behind iconic companies like Nike, Costco, and Marvel.
7. Where in the world is your “happy place”?
Honestly, my happy place is wherever I'm surrounded by people I love - whether it's a backyard hangout or just a chaotic kitchen on a weekend morning.
8. What’s a real-world lesson you had to learn outside the classroom?
It didn't teach me how important emotional intelligence is, reading the room, managing personalities, and knowing when to speak up or stay quiet are skills I learnt on the job.
9. What’s the most memorable reason you’ve recently set your “Out of Office” message?
I turned my out-of-office on last summer for a trip to Mexico to recharge and reset. I'm looking forward to our family vacation to Myrtle Beach coming up this August as well.
10. If you were heading to space tomorrow, what would your dream “last meal” on Earth be—starter, main, and dessert?
