Moisture control can be accomplished through good workmanship that prevents water seepage from infiltrating a home and allows water vapor to vent rather than condense between walls. The use of mould resistant materials is important since many of today's building materials contain starches, organic adhesives and cellulose sugars that are ideal nutrient sources for mould.
