Proper hygiene in food preparation areas is critical to the prevention of cross contamination caused by bacteria such as E. Coli, Salmonella and Listeria. Microban® antibacterial protection is not a substitute for normal cleaning practices, but provides an added level of hygiene by continuously inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria between cleanings. Microban protection is built-in to food preparation products during the manufacturing process to provide continuous antibacterial protection that won’t wash off or wear away.
