David J. Meyers

David Meyers serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Microban. Prior to his appointment in July 2006, he was the Managing Director of Stonebridge Consulting Group, a firm focused on helping large companies grow. Before forming Stonebridge, he was Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for IBM's Server division. Earlier in David's career, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and was Senior Vice President at Stokely U.S.A. and Fletcher Challenge Canada. David is on the Advisory Board of BlueStar Capital Management and Miami University's Farmer School of Business. He received his B.A.in Economics and MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
 

Michael S. Berk

Michael S. Berk is a Managing Director at TA Associates, specializing in leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations of growth companies in the consumer, financial and business services sectors. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Microban International, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Triumph HealthCare. Prior to joining TA Associates, Mr. Berk was a Senior Vice President at Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, where he helped lead the firm's investments in AdvancePCS and IASIS Healthcare Corporation. Michael was also an Associate at Frontenac Company, where he focused on growth equity investments. He received an AB degree, magna cum laude, in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.
 

Douglas B. Fox

Douglas B. Fox is President and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Brands Ltd., an advisory and consulting company serving a number of private equity and venture capital firms. He serves as a director of Advanstar Communications Inc., Bowne & Co. Ltd., the Oreck Corporation, The Vitamin Shoppe, Vitaqvest, Inc. and Young America, Inc. Previously he was a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, Compaq Computer Corporation and Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing, International Paper Co. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fox was President of Landmark Communications as well as President of Newsday and NY Newsday.
 

Patrick H. Quinn

Patrick H. Quinn is a principal at The Accord Group, Inc., a government relations consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Quinn has more than 25 years of Washington experience in both the private and public sectors. For the past eighteen years his concentration has been on environmental policy. As Associate Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency during the first Bush Administration (1989-93), Mr. Quinn served as Administrator William Reilly’s principal advisor on political and congressional affairs. He was responsible for managing the EPA’s relations with the Congress during consideration of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff to the EPA Deputy Administrator, the agency’s second ranking official. Mr. Quinn also served as Executive Assistant to the Deputy of Secretary of Agriculture during the Reagan Administration. He specializes in legislative and regulatory issues under the jurisdiction of EPA, the Energy Department, and other federal agencies.

Mr. Quinn consults on matters of national pesticide policy with a number of leading consumer products manufacturers, with a particular emphasis on antimicrobial and biological pesticides. He was involved with EPA and other stakeholders in shaping portions of the 1996 FQPA amendments, and continues to work on registration process reform with EPA and his clients.

Mr. Quinn began his career on the staff of the late Senator John H. Chafee (R-RI) in 1978 after graduating from the University of Virginia with distinction earlier in the year.
 

William D. Christ

William D. Christ joined TA Associates in 2003 and focuses on growth capital investments, leveraged recapitalizations and management-led buyouts of business services, consumer products, financial services and other growth services companies. Prior to joining TA Associates, Bill was an Investment Banking Analyst with Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Group. Bill received a BS degree, summa cum laude, with special attainments, Phi Beta Kappa, in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, and an MBA degree from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College with Honors as an Edward Tuck Scholar with High Distinction.
 

Janet A. Hickey

Ms. Hickey joined the Sprout Group in 1985 as a General Partner and is now a co-managing partner of the group. She previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Venture Investments for the General Electric Investment Corp., which she joined in 1970 and for which she served in a variety of positions, including Trustee of the General Electric Pension Trust for twelve years, and Director of Research and Manager-Pension Trust Equities. Previously, she was a securities analyst at Eastman, Dillon, Union Securities. She is currently a Director of The Edison Project. She has also served as a Director of the National Venture Capital Association and was one of the original inductees of the "Private Equity Hall of Fame." She is a Trustee of Mount Holyoke College and participated in General Electric's Financial Management Program.
