C&K cutting boards are made of non-absorbent, high density, polyethylene and won't dull knives. And C&K NSF certified boards are available with color coding to reduce the risk of cross contamination in restaurants, cafeterias and even in food processing facilities. In addition, C&K boards are available with Microban® antimicrobial product protection which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew that can cause stains, odors and deterioration of the cutting board. Built-in during the manufacturing process, Microban protection provides continuous antimicrobial protection even in the hard to clean grooves that develop on a cutting board with use. And Microban protection won’t wash off or wear away for continuous antimicrobial protection that lasts the life of the board.

Microban protection is not a substitute for normal cleaning practices and is not designed to protect users from foodborne illness. Microban protection provides continuous antimicrobial protection that keeps foodservice products cleaner between cleanings. Microban protection is NSF Listed for use in food zones, splash areas and foodservice equipment.
